Since the majority of the construction process takes place inside our climate controlled factory we can finish your new home on time regardless of the weather outside. Unlike conventional building techniques, your home, all of the materials that go into it and the skilled craftsmen that construct it will all be protected from the weather throughout the contruction process. 
Proper insulation can result in a lower cost of home ownership year after year. Our avaliable Advanced Insulation process uses soy based foam to eliminate air infiltration. Our construction process allows for easier identification and filling of gaps around pipes, windows, electrical outlets and doors to make sure your home will be tightly sealed and energy efficient.
