Setting Higher Standards

Contempri Homes not only meets industry standards - we set our standards higher than what we are required to meet. For example, a with traditional site-built homes, an inspection is not always required. Without an inspection, serious mistakes in craftsmanship could be overlooked, costing new homeowners money they didn't have in the budget. Even a warranty may have limitations.

Every modular project that is custom built by Contempri is subjected to inspection by a third party inspection agency. They inspect EVERY home! The outside agency has no affiliation with Contempri - they are completely independent. Each project is inspected before the home leaves the factory, and the agency provides all necessary documentation to jurisdictions that we build in. Once a custom home is erected on-site, it can again inspected, this time by a local building inspector, to ensure that the new home is built with the quality and structural integrity required in your community.

The Contempri Difference

When homes are built on site, any number of factors can cause problems, mistakes, and cost overruns. Weather problems can cause damaged materials, make working conditions uncomfortably hot or cold, and cause timelines to be extended. The process of cutting and putting together materials on site can lead to mistakes, wasted materials, and extra costs. Not to mention the cost of getting all the construction materials to the site, and trying to get them all delivered on time. Workers may be poorly trained, and subcontracted jobs may be given to the lowest bidder.

Craftsman that work on the construction of our projects are well trained experts in their particular specialties. Technological advances are utilized that make some of the work faster and more efficient without sacrificing quality. And, the construction takes place inside of a controlled environment, so weather is not a factor. Contempri home buyers can always be assured their home meets or exceeds their expectations, as well as all state building codes.
