Contempri Homes crew worked through the weekend, including Sunday, to complete this project. In order to allow the buyers to qualify for tax credits, the homes needed to be complete by the end of April. Contempri Homes representative, Bradley Perry, comments "We really didn't have any 'special' issues that we had to work through, we just had to work extra hard to get the project done in time."
The buyers, Casper Homes in Lake St. Louis, worked with Contempri for the first time building this project. Beginning with a contract in early 2010, the three homes were completed in record time. The first home was able to host an open house just a mere seven weeks after the owners signed the contract.
Home Features
Each home in this three unit project is 1344 square feet. They are on full basements, and have 2-car garages. Extra features included 9-foot ceilings, soy based open cell foam insulation, tray and coffered ceilings, solid surface kitchen tops, and custom exterior finishes.

Our construction process allows us to better manage our costs. We are able to purchase construction materials in larger quantities and store them in our factory warehouse. By taking advantage of bulk buying we save the customer money on supplies. Additionally our controlled environment eliminates costly delays due to the weather, contractor delays, or other problems at the job site.
